Terms of service
These terms govern your use of vaultsyncgrid.digital and any analytics engagement agreed with Vaultsyncgrid. By using the site, you agree to these terms. A signed proposal or statement of work takes priority where it conflicts with these website terms.
Services and scope
We provide mobile KPI benchmark reporting, cohort analysis and measurement-readiness reviews. Scope, inputs, timing, fees and deliverables are confirmed in writing before work begins. Benchmark findings are analytical opinions based on the data and context available; they do not guarantee a commercial outcome.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate, lawfully obtained data, disclose known tracking limitations and ensure you have authority to share all supplied material. Unless expressly required, do not send direct identifiers or sensitive personal data. You remain responsible for decisions made using our reports.
Fees and changes
Pricing shown on this site is informational. Your proposal sets the applicable fees, taxes, payment schedule and change process. Material additions to metrics, periods, markets or deliverables may require revised timing and fees approved by you first.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
You retain ownership of your source data. After payment, you may use final bespoke deliverables internally. Vaultsyncgrid retains its pre-existing methods, templates and general know-how. Each party must protect confidential information and use it only for the agreed engagement, except where disclosure is legally required.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or reproduce its content for resale. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not imply control or endorsement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, the site is provided as available and we exclude indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit claims. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and law
Either party may terminate an engagement as stated in its proposal, including for a material breach not remedied after notice. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Malaysia.
